Delicious cruise cuisine

Traditional dishes such as tempura (deep fried vegetables and seafood) and monjayaki (Japanese pancakes) are served on the yakatabune. French and Italian course meals, as well as a lavish buffet, afternoon tea and snacks, are available on the cruise ships.

Tempura

This is a popular dish served on the yakatabune. Seafood and vegetables are fried on the boat and served hot and crispy.

This is a dish that originated in the historical downtown area of Tokyo. Diners can experience the fun of cooking the pancake like dish on a grill by themselves.
